Refund policy

Standard returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact admin@etailogy.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom-fit (stitched) orders

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable — except in the cases below.

Exceptions — eligible only if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and offer a replacement or store credit.

Alteration support (fit assistance)

If your custom-fit outfit doesn't fit as expected, request within 3 days of delivery for:

  • Alteration reimbursement as store credit
  • Support via our alteration network (where available)

Damages & wrong items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first, then place a separate order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at admin@etailogy.com.
