Delivery Timeline

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement directly from your user dashboard.

  • Once an item has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

  • If delivery exceeds the expected timeline, you may cancel your order.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated immediately after successful cancellation.

  • Refunds are provided in the form of Kapdaaz store coupons (minus applicable shipping charges).

  • These coupons can be used for future purchases on our website.
